Agreement for advertisers and listings

Copyright

1.        The advertiser will retain all copyright to all logos, copy, trademarks, photos, website addresses, email addresses provided for inclusion on the veiwholiday.com website.

 Advertisers ( Owners)

2.        Advertisers/ owners will ensure that they are the legal owners of all logos, copy, trademarks, photos and images submitted to viewholiday for listing and will provide viewholiday.com with written confirmation to that effect.

3.        The advertiser agrees to indemnify veiwholiday.com against all claims arising out of copyright claims, or any other claims or losses relating to the advertised property  made against the advertiser or his agents

4.        The advertiser will ensure the accuracy and truthfulness of the material submitted for inclusion on the website.  Viewholiday.com will not be responsible for any financial losses to the advertiser or the purchaser (s) of the advertised services in the event of omissions or misrepresentations of the advertised properties.

5.        In the event of any such claims or disputes arising from the advert viewholiday.com will remove the advert from the viewholiday.com website. No refunds will be given

Advertisers (Agents and Third parties)

1.        Agents and Third parties will ensure that they have the owner’s written permission to Advertise / list the property and website information on Viewholiday.com

2.        Written permission to that effect will be required to be forwarded to viewholiday.com

3.        The agent or third party agrees to indemnify viewholiday.com against all claims arsing out of copyright claims made against the advertiser (owner) or his agent.

4.        The agent or third party will ensure the accuracy of the materials provided to viewholiday.com. viewholiday.com will not be liable for any costs arising from, omiisions, inaccurate information provided by the advertiser, or the advertisers agents or any other third party representing the advertiser

5.        In the event of any such claims or disputes arising from the advert viewholiday.com will remove the advert from the viewholiday.com website. No refunds will be given

Duration of the advert/ listing

                                                Standard Listing

1.        Viewholiday.com will list your property / resort/ hotel for one year from the date your property is listed on the viewholiday.com website.

2.        Customised Listing

The advertising will be able to select the type of advert and the timescale for the advert to appear.  Viewholiday.com will not accept adverts for less than a 4week duration.

From time to time Viewholiday.com ltd undertakes to advertise in newspapers and on the internet with search engines such as google, this will be at viewholiday.com ltd discretion and does not form any part of this contract

I am the legal owner/ represent the owner of the property and the materials submitted are a truthful representation of the property

I agree to the above terms and conditions and give viewholiday.com permission to advertise the following properties on website
