Users of the site must satisfy themselves as to the suitability of the accommodation or service for their specific requirements. Where accommodation becomes unavailable for any reason, it  will be the responsibility for the of the hotelier,  holiday home rental owners, or the holiday home exchange owner, to reasonably recompense the travelling guest  with other suitable accommodation or a refund for the accommodation. The contract is between the Travelling/ booking Guest and Holiday Home Owner or the Hotel or any Travel company listed on the site. Viewholiday.com recommend that users who book holiday accommodation or use services listed on the website take out travel insurance in the event of cancellation to insure against any losses or unforeseen events.
