We welcome you to our little hideaway on the beach in Grand Case, Saint Martin - French West Indies.

We have a two level one bedroom apartment which we have completely renovated, stripping out all the old and replacing everything with the latest in design, quality and comfort.

The facilities include:
Air conditioning throughout apartment. Ceiling fans in Cinema/Lounge area and bedroom. Dimmer Lighting system throughout the apartment.
Downstairs shower room with WC with Travertine marble vanity and Villeroy and Boch tiles and sanitary ware. Wardrobe and full length mirror.

Cinema area providing: Flat screen tv with sat channels, dvd player and small library of dvd films. Comfortable corner seating with bespoke fabrics.

I-pod docking station with alarm clock/radio
Permanent internet access.

Kitchen made from solid limed oak and 'papillon verte' granite with stainless steel American Fridge Freezer, Dishwasher, Coffee Maker and Toaster, Electric twin ring glass hob top. Sensor Microwave. Matching crockery and smart glassware. Rattan placemats.

            


Teak day bed with comfortable cushioned mattress.
Mosaic marble dining table with teak director chairs.

Separate bedroom upstairs with French King Bed (1m 80cms) with quality mattress. Reading area with chaise longue and a choice of books. French doors open to the view of the Caribbean sea with glass louvre panels  to open for the breeze.

En-suite shower room (French Salerne hand made tiles). Hair Dryer.  Mirrored wardrobes.  Safe.

Beach Towels, cool box and beach chairs & Portable CD player and radio.
Twice weekly maid service ( extra charge for extra days) Fresh Towels daily.
We can assist with car hire companies and also help arrange pick-up from airport to apartment (about 30 minutes).
If you are celebrating something special or just want to spoil yourself we can help order an arrangement of tropical flowers for you.
Private boat charter is available with a great selection of boats and a special treatment if you book through Leisure Master (Pierre) in Grand Case with our reference.
Private snorkelling trips to the marine reserve at Creole Rock, Grand Case, Wake boarding and Water Ski-ing are all available in the bay.
Gourmet prize winning restaurants are all within walking distance from the apartment.
The island has 37 beaches to discover, some with beach bars, beds and waiter service, some with a rum shack and a few tables and some with nothing. Each one different and some are clothing optional. Topless sunbathing is accepted in Saint Martin/Sint Maarten.
