This luxurious house is surrounded by some of the most attractive scenery which Scotland has to offer. Below the house runs the River Lyon as it tumbles down from Glen Lyon, a magnificent Highland Glen, well known to hill walkers and wildlife enthusiasts.

Paddock House, a newly built and luxuriously appointed house, is available throughout the year for self-catering holidays. It is popular with both families, fisherfolk, golfers, hill walkers and those who come to enjoy the excellent choice of watersports on Loch Tay.

Offering a 5 star equivalent standard of furnishings and accommodation, with 3 bath/shower rooms and a further cloakroom on the ground floor, this is an easy house to share with either family or friends.

A downstairs suite has been created with the less mobile in mind and the house has wheelchair access and wide doorways to accommodate a wheelchair.

The main sitting room is on the first floor to appreciate the lovely river views, and, in addition, there is a further seating area in the dining room, a room which gives access out to the patio overlooking the river.

The house is situated at the top of a steep bank leading down to the river and those with children should note this before booking.
